Panama says it will release all 35 detained N. Korean sailors if Pyongyang pays fine – Arirang News

Panama says it will release all of the North Korean sailors that were aboard a seized North Korean ship if the communist state pays the dues.

Panamanian Foreign Minister Nunez Fabrega said the 35 sailors will be free to go once North Korea pays 670-thousand U.S. dollars in fines.

He was speaking in an interview with Korea’s Yonhap News Agency in Panama City on Wednesday, local time.
