Maritime advisory committee to meet at new Coast Guard HQ on Sept. 24-25 | Government Security News

The National Maritime Security Advisory Committee will hold a two-day public meeting at the new headquarters of the U.S. Coast Guard in Washington, DC, to examine President Obama’s executive order on cybersecurity of February 12, 2013; a presidential directive on critical infrastructure from the same day; and an executive order related to chemical safety and security.

The open meeting will take place on September 24 from 9 am to 4 pm, and on September 25 from 8 am to 11 am, says a notice published by the Coast Guard in the Federal Register on September 9.
